Estate Arya is a one-story building consisting of a two bedroom villa. Covering 315 m2 of land, the entire design is modern and impressive. What makes the villa comfortable and stylish is the modern furniture mixed with a Balinese open-space living concept, enabling the guests to enjoy the well-maintained ventilation and fresh air. The two suite bedrooms are positioned next to each other, with a Jacuzzi  in the middle of two rooms. The bedrooms are identical, both are completed with king-sized beds, plasma TV, wardrobe, daily restocked mini bar, make up table, wall panel, bathroom amenities, and parquetry flooring. The Living, dining, and kitchen area are in another separate building complemented with a sliding door, giving direct and unobstructed access to the garden, day gazebo, and swimming pool area. Guests can take full advantage of the big screen Plasma TV, comfortable sofa with colorful cushions, kitchen amenities, dining setting, mosaic stones, and many more features to enjoy. There is also a cozy poolside bed to accommodate the guests who want to enjoy spa treatments while unwinding in the midst of relaxing surroundings.
